I think he is a true customer advocate.I was a first time home buyer, have had him service from September 2024. I talked with a few other realtors at the beginning, but chose him. He has excellent communication skills and professional knowledge. I do not like service people who "push" me but I never felt it with him. As a small Asian female, it's extremely important. I asked my friend who already has a condo. When she gave me a list of things that needed to be done, I realized Greg had already done everything for me. He also had wide connections: a lawyer, mortgage brokers, renovation contractors. Originally, I felt anxious to rely on one source for everything.
